- Train Till failure to know your failure
- Be intentional in doing exercises
- Focus on doing 5-10 sets per week of each muscle group
- Don’t focus on volume but focus on how hard you train.(give 100% to sets you do )
- Rest is necessary for performance in sets
- Muscles use ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate ) to produce energy and thus its necessary to take rest in between the sets
- Focus on muscle performance rather than hurrying up to the next set
- Track your training per day
