  • Train Till failure to know your failure
  • Be intentional in doing exercises
    • Focus on doing 5-10 sets per week of each muscle group
    • Don’t focus on volume but focus on how hard you train.(give 100% to sets you do )
  • Rest is necessary for performance in sets
    • Muscles use ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate ) to produce energy and thus its necessary to take rest in between the sets
    • Focus on muscle performance rather than hurrying up to the next set
  • Track your training per day

  • 1.6 - 2.2 g/kg of protien
